After watching The Greatest Showman and listening to the soundtrack on repeat for weeks, it seemed like it was inevitable that the twin’s party this year was set around a circus/carnival theme.
I thankfully had a lot of the stuff I needed to theme it, so it was just the games/entertainment that I needed to organise. Good old google came to the rescue and the collection of cans and bottles began.
I had a selection of 6 games and the party guests each had a small bag that they carried with them to collect their winning tickets. Once they had a good stash, they visited the prize booth table and picked stuff to fill their party bags. They loved it, according to the eighteen 7-8 year olds, it was a great party – yay!
I didn’t get to take many photos, the prize booth kept me busy, but here a few of the games and dessert table. I can’t take credit for the birthday cake, a lovely friend whipped that up for me! Yay for outsourcing!
