A long, long time ago, after Uni and before motherhood, I worked in what was one of my dream jobs as a visual merchandiser (window dresser) for a department store.
My last christmas before I left on maternity leave, the windows were decorated in the story of Dr Seuss’s ‘The Grinch Who Stole Christmas’ (2003). I was lucky enough to nab a little character from the windows, he has sat proudly in my son’s room for the past eight and half years. I have been meaning to grab some shots of him for some years now, and I’m glad I finally have – I don’t think he has much longer, he has lost his eyelashes and latex doesn’t last forever! can you see the resemblance……;-)
